   You eliminated one cc account payment. That's one less check to write, one less stamp to buy, and one less drain on your resources.

   You made a gargantuan dent. This feat of human endurance deserves a celebration (not a money-fueled shopping spree) and a pat on the back. Everyone lift your glasses in celebration.

   I would say that you have done very well. If you add up your debts before being paid off, it was $11,352. When you paid off the $1005, you eliminated 8.9% of yuor debt. I would call that a big dent . Can you imagine if everyone could pay off 10% of their debt a month. That's a rather neat concept.
